DeleteLol lol lol correct me if I’m wrong, Bea won because the pageant world took pity on our country devastated by typhoon Yolanda- the strongest catastrophic storm ever recorded on November 2013. Bea won December of 2013. You could have walked in a maxi dress/ duster and still can win that award.
