yun lang ba ang basis mo face value? how about talent? i think all of them are very talented. bonus na talaga ang pagka-gwapo ni JK at V. but RM, Jin, Suga, Jhope and Jimin are equally talented and personality-wise? they all are fun...though Suga is a bit quiet but deep. I like V so much.
2020 was the time they released their first All English song (Dynamite) and nagkataon na captive audience ang na-hit dahil people were mostly left to stay at home then. At dahil all English, mas marami ang na-reach at naka-appreciate.

Kumbaga, 2020 gave them a great opportunity to reach out to more and to new ears kaya pati sa Grammys na-nominate na rin sila.

Syempre ng enlist nga sila as a group, syempre hindi sila visible the past two years. But the hype is still there. Funny enough they gained more fans during their enlistment period, so more competition sa much awaited world tour.
Depende sa audience. Sa mga hard core Armys definitely hindi nawala ang hype. Sa mga casual listeners, baka umalis lang saglit sa pila at nag support ng ibang kpop or mas nag focus naman muna sa ppop. Sa mga non-fans, mukha lang walang ingay kasi mga nasa MS, at mga nag-solo naman muna yung iba, which is matagal na rin naman nila gustong gawin para sa sarili nilang growth as an artist.
Really? I don't think so. From 60M+ na followers sa TT naging 70M+ habang nasa service sila. And naging Army ako nung December 2023 kung kelan nasa loob na silang lahat. And hindi ako nag iisa. Saw a lot of comments na mga bagong salta as fans.
Yun nga eh. Kamusta rin naman yung mga nagsabing mag-bi-binge watch sila ng mga old content pambawas sa pagka-miss sa kanila. Sa dami ng nilapag during their 2.5 years away as a group, naging busy din tayo sa pag support sa mga solo projects at mga docus na nilabas, hehehe :)

Tsaka andyan din yung rumor na gagawin na naman ng greedy SIngapore na exclusive sa kanila ang Southeast asia tour ng BTS gaya kay Taylor nuon.
Sad but true, if ever Singapore ready na ako. Kay Jin, halos lahat ng bans required ng visa, kung Singapore lang yan nana.
As for Sugar nun, di ako natuloy kati I was waiting for a friend na bias sya, hindi umabot passport nya, anyway sane nag solo na lang me Kay Hope, sumali na ako sa mga promo,wala pa rin, hindi sinuwerte sa tickets.
If you are not fans or casual listeners of BTS, I get your comments on their looks, pati individual voices nila, lalo kung mataas ang standards mo sa singing.
But do note na iba iba rin kasi ang preferences ng style and genre per country. Nakikita naman yan sa mga global reality competitions. And yung global audience pa rin ang nagde-decide sino ang gugustuhin nilang artists.
For SK, though, we cannot question and cast doubts about the quality of talents they are able to produce. Given the kind of mandated and rigorous training they go through before they are launched, whether in the areas of singing, dancing, acting, production and others, hindi nag-tha-thrive ang mediocre at unidimensional talents sa kanila.
Pwede kang maging one hit wonder but in a place na grabe rin ang cancel culture, karamihan ng mga sumikat sa SK at nagtatagal are the ones who are multi-talented, yung may magandang work ethics and disiplina plus good, humble attitude. I think this is why BTS has really stood out as a group for 12 years, and on a global scale at that.
From the many Armys I have met and talked to, they say that more than the brotherhood of these 7 guys and their humble personalities, it’s the messages of their songs (kahit pa in their native tongue sila written, may subs naman anyway), has touched and healed them, that have encouraged them to bounce back from their low points. Meron pa nga nagsabi sa akin na sa pagiging Army nya at sa pag-admire nya sa ugali ng 7 boys, ginugusto nya maging mabuting tao para sa iba. Someone also shared na sa mga global concerts nila, hindi sila mga primadonna. They help carry stuff of others, equipment and the like and highly practice CLAYGO. They are polite and friendly towards production people, as well. I am actually in awe by the varying age groups and social classes who patronize them. Iba rin sila mag-bayanihan pag may mga ganap.
I am more of a Blink and A’tin fan, pero ako personally, binibigay ko na sa Armys yung kaligayahan na nakukuha nila sa kanila at yung excitement nila sa paglabas ng members. To each his own.
