True. But ur life will never be the same again. Sa akin lang tama na nandun faith mo kay God ang ganda ng sinabi nya do. pero yung sinabi nya sa huli na pinagtawanan nya thyroid cancer eh hindi ka mamatay pero tatanggalin lang naman thyroid mo- it will give u brain fog, poor concentration, poor memory, mabilis mapagod, mabilis tumaba, thinning of the hair, dry skin, dry hair, mood swings, lifetime taking medication. What im saying is its not easy. Thyroid is very important. It will change ur life. Yun lang po sinasabi ko. Its gonna be a lifetime battle. Kungsabagay what doesnt kill you makes u stronger.
I also have this Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma. and yes, they say it's the friendliest cancer. i was diagnosed like more than a decade ago. namana ko ata lahat ng sakit ng angkan ng tatay ko. but i never complained. mas okay na sa akin nlng at d na sa mga kapatid ko.. need lng tlga to take your thyroid hormone daily.. monitor ung katawan with ct scan, mri or pet scan if ever nag mets na. malaking bagay din na may hmo to do those procedures.. it's the friendliest cancer but still a cancer.
1201 ang sinasabi ko lang mali sinasabi na the best cancer or easiest cancer etc. Kase tatanggalin thyroid mo its not easy mabuhay without thyroid pero sinabi ko naman at least buhay ka at nakakasama mo pamilya mo. Im trying to have an awareness here na wag nila lang lang ang thyroid cancer its not easy living with thyroid but with faith in God malapampasan din lahat ng pagsubok…
2:29 bakit natanggalan ka na ng thyroid for u to say na it’s not easy. I know someone and she’s fine accdg to her she needs to take meds but it didn’t affect her way of living
Ngayon ang dami na may pcos, hormone issue both men and women. Even diabetes and weight issues.
Though most thyroid cancer is treatable, for me the struggle is not the cancer itself but yung after the treatment.
My sister have thyroid cancer.
Thats what they say- thyroid cancer is the best cancer you can have… thats a lie. The effect is lifetime.
ReplyDeleteAccla ibig sabihin pag treated hi di ikamamatay unlike lung breast cancer, di sinabi na ok pa rin quality of life
DeleteIt means it's treatable
