Gymnastics is not a sport where you can last until you retire at 50-60 years old. This is a sport with expiration date on your physical self. Bwenas na if magawa mo pa iilang eveng at age of 30.
Carlos Yulo has made history already, not only for Philippines, but for the world and global gymnastics community. Wala paki ang mundo sa drama ng pamilya nya. Only his talent and skills which are already etched on history.
Whatevee he does now is just an icing on the cake. Wala na sya dapat patunayan. Unless he wants to "name a skill for him", then he will work hard to do that.
And as a gymnast mom, yan ang tangi kong wish, that one day there will be a skill named "Yulo" that future gymnasts can add to their routine.
If wala alam sa gymnastics, wag magmaliit ng Bronze na all-around. Di nyu alam gaano kahirap magpodium finish sa All-around Carlos worked hard for that, and he deserves it.
