Nagfile siya ng petition for bail. Hind a matter of right ang bail sa rape, it is only a matter of discretion. Thus, magkakaroon ng bail hearing kung bail should be granted or denied. During that hearing, need patunayan ng prosecution na ang evidence of guilt is strong. Laso hindi nila nagawa yun. So na-grant ang bail petition.
may due proces neng. wala daw gaano ebidensya kaya na-grant. wala sa kaniya ang burden to prove na may rape na nangyari. sana lawakan din ang pag iisip
Non bailable nga, pero sabi sa news the court said he could post bail because of the inconsistencies in the story of D.
Not siding with anyone here, pero isipin nyo if kayo judge and nakita nyo inconsistent si accuser hahayaan nyo n lang ba magrot sa prison yun accused when he can afford bail?
Read more. I think it is fair to consider bail while a person is on trial. Madami din nakukulong ng ilang taon habang kinakaso pa, ang bagal pa ng process, and in the end proven not guilty or turn of events nahuli ang tunay na guilty. Pero yung tao nakulong na ng matagal.
Do you remember karen bordador? She was in jail for years because of wrong accusation. Now that she was proven not guilty, she's finally out of prison but she lost 5 years of her life for being accused of something she didn't do.
Yes, non bailable. Pero the accused can petition to post bail and prove that the evidence of guilt is not strong. The court will evaluate if the evidence is strong, if not, grant the petition, post bail. This is a remedy in law. Certainly legal. Walang manipulation na nangyari. This is remedial law. This only goes to show that evidence is not strong. In most cases, if granted and petition to post bail, ma-aacquit ang accused. This is an initial showing na weak ang evidence of the prosecution. Vhong will be acquitted eventually.
Bail bond is how many % of the 1milllion?? He doesn't have to pay whole 1million correct? And the money can be returned as long as he attend all hearing even if he found guilty
Wala taung alam sa totoong nangyari sa kanila pero sa sinabi ng judge parang klaro na mpapawalang bisa ang case dhil sa mga inconsintencies sa pahayag ni deniece.. omg only God knows lang talaga

I really thought pag Rape ang kaso whether weak or strong ang evidence, unbailable sya. Same din ba pag murder & kidnapping or drug related? maybe nho.
