This story happened in the shoe section of a major department store. When this veteran singer was about to try on some shoes, her mother noticed that there were several people seated on the couch. So she decided to approach a pleasant looking lady who was waiting for her orders to be brought to her and told her "Excuse me, my daughter ______ (name of the veteran singer) needs to sit down to try on some shoes." The lady, offended with what she heard, vehemently replied, "I pay the right amount of income tax to our government. Does your daughter do that?" Shocked with what she heard, she hurriedly left the shoe section with her celebrity daughter.
Do you know who this veteran singer actress is? If you can not guess her identity, I suggest you follow micsylim on twitter to get more clues. Please continue to email your stories to michaelsylim@gmail.com.
I guess it's the DIY bridal makeup diva?
is she also the bus operator?
ReplyDeleteis this the singer actress who used to be part of a sunday noon time show?
ReplyDelete417.8 M PhP tax evasion charges, dami nya kasing BUSiness.
ReplyDeleteBut the veteran singer was clearly buying shoes, while the pleasant looking lady was comfortably seated. Is she just lounging? It's etiquette lang naman to give up those seats for people who are fitting shoes. Hindi na kailangan pang makisuyo.
Just because she barked at the veteran singer, it was a false victory- I don't think that solved the tax evasion issue. It was classless, tasteless, no one won, nawalan pa ng potential sale yung shoe store.
CLEAR na CLEAR. no clues needed!
ReplyDeleteto anonymous 7:16 AM: i agree. if the lady who was sitting on the couch was not trying on shoes, she was the who acted like an uneducated woman. ang sofa sa shoe store para dun sa mga nagsusukat! she should be the one in the BI not the veteran singer.
ReplyDeletei think it's R, me initials sya dun sa picture =) i don't know if her mom was asking the lady to stand so her daughter can sit or to just move a little to free up some space.
ReplyDeletepero preggy si R di ba? she really needs to sit down to try on the shoes.
the article said that the pleasant lady was waiting for her order din daw, and not lounging.
ReplyDelete"So she decided to approach a pleasant looking lady who was waiting for her orders to be brought to her..."
R doesn't strike me as a celebrity who can afford to shop at a department store with her status. Dudumugin siya ng fans doon. Her parents are humble people, even she herself. I've seen loitering in Shangrila, low key lang naman siya.
ReplyDeleteEto yung negosiyante bordering on greed, but can't afford Prada Mohawk heels. SAYANG, kasi may role model na sana tayo ng power business woman, kaso she tarnished her reputation.
As for the other lady shopping, she should really have lifted her fat a**. There are no written protocols to follow, it's just good manners from proper breeding.
di ko magets ang koneksyon ng pagbabayad ng tax sa pagtayo niya para pagbigyan ang ibang customer. i don't see why that "pleasant" had to react that way. kung hindi ba yung veteran singer yung uupo would she give way, i wonder.
ReplyDeleteNaguluhan ako sa blind item. Veteran Singer, Mother tas Actress daughter?
ReplyDeleteDoes the bus owner have an actress kid?
why did you change the picture? does it have something to do with the taste of the veteran singer?
ReplyDeleteCan't see any relation to the tax evading case from the shoe that fits. Tax evader or not when you try on shoes you need to sit for convenience.
ReplyDelete1st- the comments above are correct,if you are NOT fitting shoes, then you have to give up the seat to those buying/fitting the shoes BUT IT DOES NOT happen in a 3rd world country- SENSITIVITY is not one of the strongest virtue of pinoy( along with honesty )
ReplyDelete2nd- if the PLEASANT lady was also fitting , then the mother was WRONG and she deserves it, whether buntis ang singer or not, tama lang yung sagot nya, VERY APPROPRIATE, very classy and witty , BLUNT REMARKS SHOULD BE used sa ganyang mga tao in this 3rd world country, again it goes back to being sensitive, kung sensitive ang mother eh, why will you request for her to stand up, no matter how polite
IKAW ba ,papatayuin mo ang kumakain sa MCDO dahil wala ng mesa, YOU WAIT, kung merong ibang daldal ng daldal kahit na tapos na kumain, bad trip din , the most you can do is stand beside their table and for them to sense that you are waiting for them to vacate the table, BUT YOU NEVER ask them to leave
buti nga sa nanay, kung ako ,yun din ang isasagot ko, INSENSITIVE response for an insensitive request
BUT again this happens only in the philippines
KIndly read the post of fashion police, the lady was waiting for her orders while its being retrieved from the stock room... SO SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO SIT DOWN ... AND IS THE CELEBRITY DOESN'T HAVE MONEY ALREADY WHY DON'T SHE GO TO ADORA OR GREENBELT 5 WHEN THERE'S NO ONE SHOPPING FOR SHOES!!! remember SUPER MAJOR "CHAIN" OF department stores only display a size 7 and 8 which is the average size. Bravo for the guts of the woman to say that "PERFECT 10!!"
ReplyDeleteexcuse me. di ba kayo nag babasa?
ReplyDelete"pleasant looking lady who was waiting for her orders to be brought to her and told her"
she's also a customer.
Power tripping lang talaga ang shopping lady. Di naman nya nabili yung buong department store e! There was no indication from FP's story that the request was made arrogantly, therefore, this shopping lady should have been more accomodating, pareho lang naman silang shopper.
ReplyDelete"So she decided to approach a pleasant looking lady who was waiting for her orders to be brought to her and told her"
The first paragraph said that the veteran singer was about to try on some shoes. Pero sa last paragraph, ang tanong "do you know who this veteran actress is?"
-mallrat
Parang maayos naman nakiusap yung nanay, nag-excuse me pa nga. Hindi naman sya pinapaalis, malamang she just wanted the woman to move a little.
Woah can I say warla mode ang ibang nagcomment? Lol! Here are the impt deets sa post:
ReplyDelete1. Pleasant lady is a customer - she was waiting for her order so technically she had a right to seat on the couch
2. Mother of veteran singer name dropped. Eto ung point nung kwento, pwede ka naman magexcuse without name dropping. I'm middle class through and through so yes I buy shoes frequently from the Super Mega chain of department stores. Honestly they have some really nice shoes! I digress. Since the market of this department store is mixed, you can't help coming across people with no manners or breeding. When I try on shoes and I see a whole family lounging on the seats for the heck of lounging, I ALWAYS ask them if they are trying on any shoes (hello ung mga barako na malaki ang tiyan nakaupo) and if they aren't, if they can move so I can try on shoes. That works. BUT I never name drop, it's just not normal. So the pleasant lady I think was miffed because of the name dropping. Like the singer was entitled to special treatment because of her celebrity status. To a certain extent entitled ang celebrities to special treatment at the right circumstances pero sabi nga when you walk into a McDonalds, kahit si Obama ka pa don't expect to be served steak. So I think this is what triggered the catty retort, the name dropping of the mother which she should not have done. Pwede naman nya sabihin na pamove lang ng konti because her daughter will try on some shoes sans the name dropping.
Ang moral, don't name drop.
Well, I don't think the "pleasant lady" would react so vehemently if nakikiusog lang yung mom. For another customer to react that way must indicate that she was provoked.
ReplyDeleteI think the "pleasant" looking lady was rude. If she was waiting for her order, she was probably just sitting down. Given the fact that a lot of people just sit down in those areas, it's possible the mom didn't know she was waiting for an order. I think it's a reasonable request and from what I read above the request was made politely. Why be offended? A polite, "oh I'm trying on shoes as well" would suffice.
Like that seated lady, biglang banat kagad, and some of the commenters agree with her. Lighten up people! I've lived in several countries overseas and one thing I've noticed is that if you bump into people, or if people are standing in the way and you ask them to move, etc., most people will just smile and move out of the way, or if they can't they'll explain why in a nice manner. Pero pag uwi ko sa atin, if something like that happens parang ang laki na ng kasalanan mo.
may pagkapersonal and rude ung sagot nung pleasant looking lady.
Just because we live in a third world country doesn't mean that our manners have to be third rate also. Please stop saying you live in a third world country, ergo we leave our manners at home. Do not justify being uncouth or ill-bred just because you live in the Philippines. And stop saying "only in the Philippines." it also happens in other countries. You just have a poor sense of self-worth and lack national pride.
ReplyDeleteI know this is ot connected with the article but i just had to say it.
According to google there are 2 veteran singers with a tax evasion case. One is C and one is R. I also googled C's age (born on 1958, do the math), I guess she's too old to let her mom (who is old narin siguro) tag along on shopping trips. So I guess this is R. The one making a statement with her odd colored wedding dress.
ReplyDeleteIs this her? Correct me if I'm wrong. :)
-smile :)
The who ang junakiz nitong si veteral singer? Clueless ako! Though I have someone in mind but I am not sure kung anak niya ba talaga yun? MORE CLUES...
May kasalanan ang 2 kampo and let's not talk about the tax evasion case here. Si mother ni vet singer for name dropping. It's not necessary and pagbibigyan naman ang anak nya kahit mga ordinary folks lang sila. What does she expect? Pag nag-namedrop ba sya eh ililibre ba sila ng isa pang pares ng sapatos or maninikluhod yung tao at sasambahin ang anak nya with matching picture, autograph and tagging on Facebook or mention on Twitter?
ReplyDeleteAng kasalanan naman ng "pleasant looking lady" eh she went below the belt. There are more civilized and polite ways to refuse or turn down a request. To me, nagmukha tuloy syang walang breeding.
Anyway, sino ba ito? "Karen Carpenter" isdatyu?
Kopikido
Depends on how the mom of the veteran singer said it... it can be she's trying to let the person know that a celebrity would be sitting down with her, para ma-excite, malay mo she's a fan and all... or kung mayabang talaga ang tono, mother dear, careful ka nalang. Still, di dapat ganun yung reaction nung lady... baka naman kasi ginawa nyang lounge chair yung bench... or napikon dahil matagal nabigay yung sapatos nya dahil busy ang mga sales attendant magpa-authograph kay vet singer.
ReplyDeleteBat kasi kaylangan pa magname drop ni mommy?
ReplyDeleteif you want to sit down...you don't need to tell the name pa. it's more like bragging!!! pag ikaw ba uupo...sasabihin mo pa bang, excuse me...si Juan dela cruz ako..i want to sit.
oo nga, kung nag-excuse si madir, pwede naman sagutin ni pleasant na naghihintay din siya ng sapatos niya. although, this is just an assumption, mukhang debatable kasi ang pagkasulat ni FP. waiting orders of what? a finished transaction, meaning nakabayad na? or waiting orders for her shoes yet to be tried on?
ReplyDeletechaka si madir namili naman ng pleasant of them all na ma-approach, unfortunately nanganggat pala si pleasant lady. there's a diplomatic way to handle this without losing cool. to describe 'vehemently', OA sa kawarlahan.
are we assuming that because si madir nagsabi ng 'Excuse me,... ' polite ba ang tono? o parang pinalayas ba siya? again, here hindi malinaw ang pagkasulat ni FP and we ended up with different interpretations.
question: imelda marcos has tax evasion charges, does she have the right to set foot at a department store? taxpayers ba ang first priority sa upuan? however, hindi naman government property/territory ang department store. so who rules?
I don't understand why some people unnecessarily attribute negative attitude to being IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY! People, move on! Geez. Exactly you're exhibiting the attitudes you hate.
OA lang yun naging response. a simple, "sorry, i'm also gonna try on some shoes" will do. IMHO lang pow! :D
ReplyDeleteAng dami naman ditong NOT READING properly...
ReplyDelete"...So she decided to approach a pleasant looking lady who was waiting for her orders to be brought to her and told her "Excuse me, my daughter ______ (name of the veteran singer) needs to sit down to try on some shoes."
The "pleasant" lady retorted that way because the mom had to name drop pa. Kailangan ba yun?
Parang pume-PEP.PH na yung most of the commenters dito...=(
OKAY.
ReplyDeleteWhen this veteran singer was about to try on some shoes, her mother noticed that there were several people seated on the couch. So she decided to approach a pleasant looking lady who was waiting for her orders to be brought to her and told her "Excuse me, my daughter ______ (name of the veteran singer) needs to sit down to try on some shoes."
So the BI is about a veteran singer/actress. and Her mother was the one who made some blah blah on another customer. How do you define veteran? I think its not synonymous to old right? So i have a feeling that the BI is about a young singer because if old singer, impossible ma drag along pa niya si mother sa store.. and to think ngtalak pa si mother ha.
Deserves nung mother nung singer yung inabot niya. So what kung celebrity anak niya.
ReplyDeleteit's common place kasi sa pilipinas ang mga ganitong asal mapa team pleasant ka or team mother. so third world! nakakairita!
ReplyDeletethis would have been a non-issue kung outside the pinas ka (ewan ko lang sa ibang pooritang countries kung ganun din). walang magnaname-drop. at pwede naman sumagot na hindi violent reaction.
imagining this scene sa england...
mother: pardon me, is that seat available? my daughter pippa would like to try on some shoes
pleasant: I'm sorry luv, i'm still waiting for mine to be brought over
mother: oh alright, i apologise
pleasant: no worries
Singer-actress S is only in her 20s but is a veteran in the sense that she has been in the industry for more than a decade. She was the subject of a less-publicized case of tax evasion last year. She is now the gf of J, who was once said to have gone shopping abroad with actress-host R, causing her talent manager mom A to go ballistic. Aminin, mas pwede than either R or C. Pak!
ReplyDeletepoint made...masyadong madiwara ang pleasant looking lady na hindi naman pleasant pala...ano yan masama gising o tinanggihan ni mister kagabi. nadadaan sa maayos na usapan ang mga bagay bagay. mas mature yung celeb's mom kasi umalis nalang sya sa scene. im only basing my comment from what FP had written...peace to everyone
ReplyDeleteHey anon June 13, 2011 12:00 AM, is S a singer? If you mean S the gf of J who recently went to a trip in europe :)
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 12:00AM:
ReplyDeleteMay bf na si S? Di ba ayaw nga ng nanay niya? Pero I agree na baka si S. Iniisip ko rin, yung title ba "The Shoe that Did Not Quite Fit" dahil SAYANG?
I don`t understand why you don`t understand the negative atttudes attached to being in a third world country. Ikaw yata ang judgmental, being honest and nice is universal, you should be nice and honest whether you are pinoy, chinese, african americans lahat, sa pinas nakikita mo ba yan?? sa pinas, do they stop at red light? how many times do you hear drivers honk their horns ?do they pay their taxes? don`t they spit, urinate , on the street? what country in the world do you see BIG projects like airports and buildings being built and after they are done, there will be accusations of corruption??? ilang millions of brain neurons and pinagdaanan sa planning stage nyan and then you are telling me that there is graft after the fact? what country votes for actors/comedians in almost all position over more qualified candidates? what country has more than 2 presidents accused and CONVICTED of plunder? what country have the rich people wander and get VIP treatment in jail??
ReplyDeleteI dont know the answer, so pls provide the answer to my questions, and please I did not imagine these ,for these are FACTS , NOT OPINIONS
nakapagtataka kung bakit OK lang ang mag excuse, i mean, if this is an elevator and you are on your way out, yes mag excuse ka, eh customer nga sya, like the singer , who is choosing and fitting the shoe, so why will the pleasant lady give up her seat ?? dahil celebrity sya ? the celeb ang mali, nakita mo na nga na namimili ng sapatos si pleasant lady , papaalisin mo? YOU WAIT until there is a vacant seat, whether it was a POLITE request or not, the message is , PLEASE LEAVE I NEED THAT SPACE
ReplyDeleteso funny! but so true... =)

She's also the first person that went to mind. C is too old, R is more likely to NOT shop in department stores. Given S' market AND taste AND history with tax evasion AND her stage mom, she fits the BI perfectly. Anyway, ewan ko kung sinadya, pero eight shoes yung nasa picture which is also the same letters in S' last name.
In addition, IF FP posted the mother's statement verbatim ("Excuse me, my daughter ______ needs to sit down to try on some shoes"), it already sounds pompous, not only for the namedropping but also for not even asking if the seat is available, if Pleasant Lady could scoot, etc.
ReplyDeleteAnd I think the 'excuse me' part is only to get the Lady's attention, not to ask for some seating space.
malay nyo bumibili pala ng sangkaterbang sapatos yung lady or pinapakyaw nya yung dept.store ..kaya ganun magsalita.. at nayabangan pa kay mommy kaya najirita at nastressdrilon cia bigla..hahaha!
ReplyDeleteor..parang yung urban legend about GB sa rcbc (when the lady na pinapaalis is the owner pala. lol)
lighten up people..ang gusto lang naman ni fp eh matuto or atleast maremind tayo ng kagandahang asal fron these BIs..kaya wag kayong magaway sa comments haha. world peace, i thank you.
_pd
Is that so hard? I'd do that even without being asked kung may mapansin akong nagkakanda tumba na sa pagsusukat ng shoes. Mahirap kaya lalo na if may straps. And what's with the banat about the tax case? I have no idea sino tong BI pero I think mali yung babaeng nakaupo. Anong nakakaoffend. And why compare this sa fastfood. Matagal ang time na kailangan sa pagkain. Shoes to. You try it on, you stand up para ilakad, aalisin mo and that's it.
My mom raised me well siguro kaya walang effect sakin even if sinabi yung name. And if ayokong tumayo I'll say so ng maayos. Bakit kailangan ipahiya.
ReplyDeletefor me, mas nakakahiya ang inasal nung nakaupo.. kasi, pinakiusapan naman sha ng maayos, que name dropped or not.
ReplyDeleteayaw nya magpatabi or umusog man lang ng konti (ayaw ni Florante at Gary Granda ng ganyan!hahaha) tapos sha pa ang kakampihan ko?
so, ayaw nya magpaupo. end of story. hindi naman sha tinarayan nung nanay..
i think this is S, too, not R. kaya din siguro napalitan ang photo logo ng article.
me, personally, pag pinakiusapan ako ng ganun, basta maayos ang pagkasabi, uurong ako maski konti. ill make an effort. seriously.
Thanks to Anonymouse June 13, 2011 12:00 AM. Without your comment, I would not have guessed it!!! :) :) :)
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, they were both wrong:
ReplyDelete(1) The mom shouldn't have name-dropped. Why isn't it enough to say "my daughter" period? Why do you need to say the name? Obviously, she thought that using her daughter's name would convince the woman who was seated to give her seat up.
(2) The woman who was seated shouldn't have blown-up like that. As a lot of people pointed out, she could said nicely that she was just waiting for the shoes she would be trying on to be brought to her. No need to bring up tax evasion charges and be rude.
But at least, I think the mom learned her lesson about name dropping.
I don't think this is R, she's pregnant and her pregnancy is delicate so I think the last item on her to do list would be to go shoe shopping. Second, let's face it - she's at a level where she no longer shops at department store chains for shoes. A shoe boutique can easily close temporarily so she can shop in private - ganung level na si ate R. I think this is most likely S...
ReplyDeleteFinally it seems that stage mother may have run her tongue or tone on this. Saying "Excuse me" doesn't necessarily mean she was being courteous or polite. It seems may ere sa tono provoking the pleasant lady to retort in the manner that she did. Plus she name dropped. Name dropping isn't normal in shoe shopping - and at a department store at that! Obviously she was trying to establish her daughter's "importance" or celebrity status.
Pleasant lady herself may also be a person of status or importance, baka mas mayaman kay singer daughter.
ReplyDeleteWhen you wait for your order in a shoe store, you still have to fit it. so tama lang na nakaupo yung pleasant looking lady.
ReplyDeletethis was totally blown out of proportion.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 1:24am
ReplyDeleteIbang S yang inisip mo. Clue na yun sinabi ni anon 3:37am regarding d no.of shoes.
@ Anonymous 11:49am - forever is not enough for singer S right? That's the S I'm thinking of with the stage mother...
ReplyDeleteshe is C? :)

"no worries" is a native term in australia, not england. if youre going to try to sound smart, make sure your information is accurate because if not, youll just sound stupid, just like that name dropping mother and that callous woman. both of them are ill-mannered, period.
ReplyDeleteshe hurriedly left the shoe section with her celebrity daughter.
GUILTY AS CHARGED! :D
@1.24 and 12.44
The correct S is not thought of as a singer these days, but did start out as a singer more than a decade ago. She has an honest to goodness bf now who was once supposedly the crush/infatuation of your S. Tama ba mga clues ko @11:49?
ReplyDelete@3:34 - Hi, I'm 12:44. I can't think of another S, shucks sino kaya to....
ReplyDeleteyung initials ba nya ay:
ReplyDelete1) kapareho ng initials ng isang major department store; or
2) kapareho ng acronym ng isang Southeast Asian state.
@5:24
ReplyDeleteI think (1) po!!
Many want it to be (2) because we all hate (2)'s stage mother. Pero wala po syang tax case as far as I know.
@12:44, na ngayon ay 4:31 na. Cge I will try to be more clear (hopefully not overly clear). Ang S na iniisip mo, ay yung naging gf ni R, na ngayon ay bf ni C, na kapatid naman ni A. I understand why one can get fixated in thinking it is her, because indeed she is a singer-actress, and indeed she has a stage mom, perhaps the ultimate stage mom. Pero wrong S po yata yun because as far as I know, wala syang tax case.
ReplyDeletePero napag-usapan na rin natin si S mo, we might as well use her to get to our S, the correct S. Si S mo, dati may ka-loveteam na mestizuhing actor na si J, who has since moved on from their loveteam, and is now the bf of... S! The correct S!
Hmmm. in fact, FP's first sentence that "This story happened in the shoe section of a major department store." is a clue yata. Because when I see the words "major department store", I immediately think of the initials of the correct S!
Then you might react, singer ba yun?!? I also didn't know but check her profile in Wikipedia. Yes, she has records to her name. Her first album in fact, came out more than a decade ago, making her, young as she still is, a veteran singer-actress.
FP, pwede mag-apply researcher mo? haha :-)
Anonymous June 13, 2011 4:10 AM
ReplyDeleteor..parang yung urban legend about GB sa rcbc (when the lady na pinapaalis is the owner pala. lol)
Actually, this isn't an urban legend. I know the owners of rcbc personally. GB really did that but not to the lady owner but to one of his nephews who works for the company.
i don't understand why most celebrities, showbiz personalities, politicians & biglang yaman or feeling mayaman people have this sense of entitlement.
ReplyDeletethat's why i agree with anon june 13, 8:38am. both parties are both feeling "i am entitled to that chair/couch space because of who i am" kaya they both acted & reacted the way they did.
but in my opinion, whoever was first deserves the seating space,(provided they are really fitting shoes) and whoever follows must just wait in line. i do.
"did not quite fit" kaya pala kailan lang.... haha. :p
ReplyDeleteHmmm... the S that matches the initials of a major dept store is HARDLY and I mean HARDLY considered as a veteran singer. Veteran actress pwede pa.
ReplyDeleteA bit confusing and misleading.
I agree with June 13, 2011 11:32 AM, this whole entry is totally blown out of proportion. Still love FP, though. ;)
Ladies and gentlemen, please. We do not live in a "third world country", we live in a developing country. :)
ReplyDeleteAh... so it "did not quite fit", so it got stuck and couldn't get it out? lol!
ReplyDeletebuti nalang yung yung income tax evasion nya nung 2007 lang ang sinabi... hindi yung "did not quite fit" issue... :p
can i just say FP na ikaw na! you already! ang papalo ng 2M total pageviews!! congrats! di buo araw ko kung di nagbabasa neto!! :))
ReplyDeletereally ? the philippines is a developing country? do you mind sharing any references/ articles to support that ? thanks
ReplyDeletesalamat kay google! si s na involved dito akmang akma dun sa first few lines ni fp about a major department store. yun na!!!
ReplyDelete@Anon 7:01pm - Thanks! :D (yep still Anon 12:44am here). The veteran singer clue threw me for a loop. Naisip ko sya based sa clues from the earlier comments, someone mentioned about her bf being J a former crush of the other S na kala ko to. But I never knew singer sya (now I do though), ung kapatid veteran singer pero pati din pala sya. I didn't know na may stage mother din sya. Ang dami kong hindi alam hehe
ReplyDeleteI do not think an entertainer who is young in age can be considered a "veteran" even if he/she has been in the business long.
ReplyDeleteThe term "veteran" came from the Latin word, "vetus," meaning "old." Thus, "veteran" is synomymous with "old."
In the military, where the term veteran is commonly used, a veteran refers to a retired military personnel (even if he served only one tour of duty) and honorably discharged.
In other fields, like in entertainment, a veteran is a person who is (old and) experienced in his/her profession or occupation.

ReplyDeleteI don`t understand why you don`t understand the negative atttudes attached to being in a third world country. Ikaw yata ang judgmental, being honest and nice is universal, you should be nice and honest whether you are pinoy, chinese, african americans lahat, sa pinas nakikita mo ba yan??

>> you should be considered a persona non-grata if you hate the Philippines so much. Get your a** off here, better yet, stay in the first world country where you think you deserve to be! Nobody needs you in this third world or developing country anyway. Nakakahiya naman sayo, promise.
hus dis ?
ReplyDeletesa lahat ng mga baklush at girlaloo. its R who just got preggers by frodo from lord of the ring! nasa juicy kaya ito a few weeks back! puro mali naman ang mga hula niyo!!!
ReplyDeleteOi Correction! I lived in Australia for a while and I have Aussie and British friends.
ReplyDelete@mendyosa - wag ka na manggulo. if you hate R or sheep ka ni S who is the topic of this blind item, try a different blog. no one will buy your crap
ReplyDeletecan i just say.. ang war freak ng mga tao!! this is supposed to be a destresser for most of us, wag na yang bad vibes niyo!!

ReplyDeleteJust because we live in a third world country doesn't mean that our manners have to be third rate also. Please stop saying you live in a third world country, ergo we leave our manners at home. Do not justify being uncouth or ill-bred just because you live in the Philippines. And stop saying "only in the Philippines." it also happens in other countries. You just have a poor sense of self-worth and lack national pride.
I know this is ot connected with the article but i just had to say it.

I had the same feeling too. I thought it's only me. Well said June 12, 2011 2:10 PM!
Sad thing about this country is that Filipinos discriminates Filipinos. Just because one earns higher than the other does not mean one is entitled to "VIP treatments". Maybe you could expect or demand this if you are a loyal patron of a posh and exclusive shop, but not in a department store. Moreover, magpaka-VIP ka sa mga staff ng shop but not to a fellow customer!
ReplyDeleteMendyosa is correct with her/his guess. yup i saw this BI at juicy. same story and the clue they gave out was she is married to a bansot na comedian singer. the BI are getting harder and harder mike but nevertheless, good work!
ReplyDeleteFinally!! It is S. The GF of J :D
ReplyDeletethe mother asked politely naman. she said "excuse me" pa though it was not described how she said it. irritated lang din siguro si pleasant looking lady because for sure madaming tao dun dahil department store siya
ReplyDeleteThis is R. This is kinda easy given all the clues. R did have a tax evasion case few years ago. I'm sure the pleasant looking lady knows that, ergo the reply to the mother of the veteran singer. I think the mother of R was just asking for the seat because her daughter is pregnant and needs to sit down to fit the shoes, of course. The pleasant looking lady may have felt that the mother of R is giving her the impression that R deserves the seat since she is R, a famous celebrity, in which she retaliated.
ReplyDelete"Veteran" means a person who has grown old in or had long experience of an occupation. Lahat ng S na sinasabi nyo mali. Si R to.
ReplyDeletedefinitely its not C.. i worked for her and never ever seen her mom.. i think its R cuz of Juicy.. heheh
i think its R kasi veteran :)
ReplyDeleteto all the FP followers, dont be negativistic, and looked down on our country, love your own ika nga :)
to mother, no name dropping next time ok, kinda arrogant :)
ReplyDeleteto lady, pleased no personalization, just said NO, dont be so mean and make it a big deal :)
hope all the characters involve are able to see this blog, to know that they all have AP..
who is c?
ReplyDeletei still love R, kahit medyo chaka sya magpronounce minsan. hahaha
ReplyDeleteI dont think its R. After being preggy she is usually accompanied by her sisters/PA or O not her mother. And her mom doesnt strike me as someone who has the guts to even say a single word to a stranger. Plus, I dont think she'll shop on stores (with plenty of people and unguarded at that) when she can just call the store to place an order.
